A family man first, Joe and his wife raised their children right here in Vista. His three greatest treasures are his faith, his family, and his community. He is active in his church and has served local schools and youth for years as a PTA leader.

Joe also knows Vista from the dais: he served two terms on the Vista City Council from 2016 to 2024, championing public safety, stronger roads and infrastructure, and support for local small businesses.
