Who we are
Green Team Realty is led by Joe Green, Broker-Owner (CABRE# 01229613). Joe has spent over 20 years in North County real estate — through shifting markets, tight inventories and every kind of transaction. That experience is the foundation of our practice: plain-spoken advice, careful negotiation, and a genuine commitment to the people we serve.
He is supported by a full team of licensed professionals, including buyer’s agents, a Broker Associate who runs our REO division, and a transaction coordinator who keeps every deal moving on schedule.
